Sewage back fill from city pipes

Cat 3 back up, city is taking full responsibility, home built in 1887, the crawlspace is affected with very limited amounts of standing water with about 1" in a 6x12 area and another area about 4x8. An area at the ground level were the insured opened a clean out is also affected and that's about it. Could not see any solid waste. Access is limited to the crawl space.
