Jeff and his crew worked diligently, promptly, and professionally to thoroughly restore our mountain home after the recent El Dorado Fire. The house is cleaner than it has EVER been, and, with their attentive service, the inside air, along with every surface, cupboard, dish, book, etc. are cleaned and refreshed for safe and healthy breathing. We are so very grateful for his cooperative relationship with our State Farm agent which brought our harrowing evacuation experience to a positive resolution. Thanks, all!!

A year ago today a host of angels descended into our lives... Jeff Padgett - so glad my insurance company sent you. I remember the morning as being a day that stress was taken away and directions were set in place. I look around this home now and sometimes wonder if it wasn't a blessing instead. After all we finally got the attic cleaned out.

The temporary 'loss' of a kitchen can never be easy, but Padgett's and their subcontractors ease the pain as much as possible. The total project was planned with precision; the people who worked here must have been selected not only for their specific skills but also for their pleasant personalities. We were extremely pleased with all of your employees at SERVPRO. They took pride in their work and it showed. Our project manager did a great job of taking things down and knew just how to replace everything. He also helped bring in boxes from the garage, unpack, and help return items to the cupboards. It was so nice to have such a pleasant person to help us with our fire damaged house. Kudos to everyone.
