After contacting AAA we were advised that we could have a choice of two contractors to perform water damage repairs in our downstairs bedroom. Of the two, we requested SERVPRO to do the work. This decision was due to a past water damage issue we had in our kitchen area and had SERVPRO of Redlands assess what was necessary to repair and replace piping, drywall and wood cabinet. They did an outstanding job for us - very clean and professional. This was an easy decision to request SERVPRO once again to do latest repairs and packing and unpacking of our furniture and miscellaneous items. Great job and would recommend them to our family and friends!

Discovering water damage is never a fun thing. Knowing the professionals of SERVPRO were there to investigate the extent of the damage and mitigate appropriately was reassuring in an otherwise difficult situation. One less thing on my plate to figure out.

These guys came out and took care of everything from pulling up my damaged floor to getting it all dried out in just a few days. This allowed my tenants to stay in the home with out any hotel cost to me. They were very professional, and have great customer service.

Years ago my house was flooded. The restoration company was a nightmare to deal with. They were worse than the actual flood. I have recently experienced the same flooding. I was dreading dealing with the restoration company. But SERVPRO was wonderful to deal with! Jeff is the kind of guy you want to have a beer with. He understands that you don't grow a business by nickel and diming your customers to death.  Instead, You do a fantastic job and your customers will tell everybody about you. Well that's exactly what I'm doing here.

Servepro of South Redlands was great.  We had a flood and called them.  The were here quickly, and really minimized the damage.  These guys really know their stuff, and are very efficient. I highly recommend them if you have any type of in-home disaster.  Kudos to these guys!

SERVPRO was fantastic with how quickly they came out, examined the flooded area and then removed the cabinetry that needed to be removed. A couple days later I thought there was still a leak somewhere and the same guy (who was just up the street at a different SERVPRO job) took 10 mins, came down the street and explained what the water was from...which was nothing. SERVPRO was great!

There's not enough good things to say about this company I am a property manager and I have had two floods in the last two weeks Jeff and his team were there before me. Wow, these guys are amazing!!!!  They came to our house with 40 minutes and examined everything. Gave us all the details about where the water has gone and how it should be dried.  I can't recommend them enough.

My house was recently flooded due to a faulty dishwasher line and I needed help getting it all figured out,  Rebecca and Lois at SERVPRO helped put my mind at ease and walked me and my husband thru step by step. Excellent service and staff. Within 3 hours after calling in the claim they had a crew at our house starting the clean up. They were extremely helpful and knew what they were doing and the process in how the claim is handled. They informed us that they would be by the next day to check in and they were right on time. Our house looks great and I would highly recommend them.

This company responded the day I called, they started the work immediately in drying out the carpeting and removing the water from my carpet as a result of a slab leak break in the hot water lines under the slab of my house in the living room. I was very satisfied with the top notch service. I had been told by many contractors that the water damage to my downs stairs door was caused by improper installation of the windows upstairs. I called Padgetts to look at the issue. Jeffrey Padgett brought his water detecting camera to my property and also performed a water test. The other contractors were wrong! Jeff Padgett saved me thousands of dollars and piece of mind.
